Happy Easter!

Hey Everyblogger!
Every month we say 'oops' for not posting sooner, so we're just gonna skip that part and tell you how our Easter went.

Mom said she had some pressies for us. This was our little Easter basket from Mom.

So little, we both wanted to get the first look inside, but both our heads didn't fit. Bol.

There was a bag of treats inside.
 Yum!

A can of Merrick's Easter Brunch seasonal recipe.
That Mom gave us in our kibble for Sunday's breakfast!
 How perfect is that?!

 And some Easter stuffies!

But Mom said she also had a big present for us. We had no idea what it was or what it could be. She said it was in the car and we had to wait until we got to her boss' house.

 Behold our new wagon!

Mom has been talking about getting a wagon for a while. Especially for the Wag N' Walk we like to do every year. The past couple years it's been getting more and more difficult for us to finish the walk. Swish really tires himself out and has troubles breathing. And we see lots of people pull their dogs, and sometimes kids, in wagons and strollers all the time. So Mom decided that this year she was going to invest in a wagon for us, and get it in time for next month's walk.

I wasn't too thrilled about it at first. Of course my brother didn't care. He'll do almost anything if he knows he's gonna get a treat. So he got right in.

There was too much movement on the pavement for me. So Mom moved it over to the grass. Let us smelled it and inspect it and check it out.

After some smells here and there, me and Swish decided to ditch the wagon and run around.
Look at me zoom past my brother like the blur!

After a while, Swish opted for a game of hide and go seek.

Swish: I found a great hiding spot!

It was time to go, so we took a practice run of the wagon up the driveway.
Oak: Hey this isn't so bad...

*THUD*

Apparently it's not a good idea to try and jump out of a moving vehicle. You could possibly land on your face and get hurt!

I scraped up my chin a little bit. It didn't hurt too bad. I was more stunned than hurt.
Nurse Mom to the rescue. A little water and some bag balm when we got home and I was good as new. I'm much better now, don't worry.

All in all it was a good day. Hope everyone had a Happy Easter with no Easter Owies!

Lots of licks,
