Putting our paws down!

Our mom has been super lazy when it comes to blogging the past couple days and we have had enough, we our putting our paws down. She should know that us and our friends should be up high on her priority list. We had a stern talk with her and she logged in for us to catch up on our friends blogs and to type a post.

Last week mom left us home for like a billion hours. We don't often get left alone that long because we get to go to work with mom everyday. It was her day off, and we were stuck home and we were very upset. When she got home we asked her where she went and she said she was doing something called supporting farts. What the heck? She never supports us when we fart, she always says things like ewww and gross. Hold on a sec....Ohhhh she said it was arts, not farts! Ooops our bad! She went up to San Francisco to see the musical Wicked.

She totally loved it and won't stop talking about it. She's even making us talk about it now! Sheesh! We've been listening to the soundtrack every time we drive some where. It got her in the mood to watch the movie the Wizard of Oz. Swisher totally loved the movie. He's a weird dog who attacks the TV when there are dogs barking on it, but some things he'll actually sit and watch like his favorite movie Eight Below. He loved the Scarecrow and the Tin Man. We are going to have to add The Wizard of Oz to his list of favorite movies.

We hope everyone is having a great week.

Lots of Licks,
Oakley and Swisher

  1. I grew up in NJ and my family used to go see a Broadway show every year. When I moved, they went to see Wicked (WITHOUT ME) and still to this day sing it all the time. And I still have to see it! I can't wait to- I hear it's great. I can't believe your mom neglected you... she better be giving you guys a billion snuggles!

  2. BOL....Wow guys. We were worried for a minute that momma was supporting the farts. My momma says she needs a gas mask. Anyway..something about that Wicked. Mom say it twice. Did we go? No. Hope you had a treat while watching the Wizard of Oz.

  3. I'm glad that your mom enjoyed Wicked! I saw it last year and, even though I'm not a fan of Wizard of Oz (I think it has something to do with the flying monkies), it was very enjoyable!! Supporting arts is a good thing, but I think your mom supports farts on a daily basis!! :p

  4. Supporting farts. LOL omg u silly boys. I'm glad u liked Wizard of Oz Swisher. It's a great movie. I can't believe how much of those lines I have memorized. Thx for watching it w us last night. If Oak wasn't too busy trying to dig into my ribs to make room for him on the couch, he probably woulda enjoyed the movie too! haha

I'm sure u boys r gonna have the lyrics down by the next time I see u. haha

    much love,

  5. Did you like Toto at least?? There are a lot of things to bark at in Wizard of Oz, we'll give you that! And mom has be gone for ZILLIONS of hours here - shere appears to have her priorities messed up and is "working". Whatever!

    Brutus the Frenchie
pee ess - when can we expect to see Flat Andy??? We're so excited!

  6. I have heard great things about Wicked but I haven't seen it yet.
And your mom is really mean to leave you behind, you should been able to go and watch!
Gus loves to watch Dogtown and the dog whisperer. he barks in the beginning but then sits and watchs the whole show!

  7. My mama hasn't seen the Wicked musical, but she read the book (and sequels) and loved it! Animals can talk in it which is very cool.
